The only association in Turkey working specifically on combating sexual violence, the Association for Combating Sexual Violence (CŞMD), gathered the concepts of sexual violence in a dictionary.

The Dictionary was published by the ÇŞMD in 2017.

"Sexual Violence Gets More Silent, Let's Talk!"

It was prepared by making use of the sexual violence concept discussions organized within the scope of the project.

Emphasizing that although the umbrella covers many types of violence as a concept, only one type comes to mind when sexual violence is mentioned, and this standardization causes us to think that other forms of sexual violence are not violence.
